Milestones That Define My Path

My journey began in the world of sales and strategy, where I learned the importance of persistence, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset. These lessons were foundational as I co-founded Trym, Inc., where I led the sales team and scaled revenue from $0 to $4M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). It was a challenging yet immensely rewarding journey that required me to build a high-performing team and craft a go-to-market strategy, scaling from SMB to enterprise-level accounts.


Before Trym, I honed my skills at Green Bits, Inc., managing over 700 retail accounts across multiple states and driving $48M in business. I consistently surpassed quotas, achieving 210% of my target in one quarter alone, while maintaining a personalized approach to client relationships. These experiences taught me the value of data-driven strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and the art of listening to uncover client needs.


Through these roles, I developed a knack for optimizing pipelines, refining account strategies, and scaling teams—skills I now bring to my consulting practice.
